Delivery Policy


All the services purchased from MyHawanPuja.com are delivered within 1-2 days of purchase.

We also help a customer in suggesting a Shubh Muhurat (Date and Time) to conduct a Puja.

In rare cases delays might occur due to different reasons (unavailability of ordered items and other uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities, etc.). However, we always try our level best to ensure delivery within 1-2 working days. In case the ordered items do not reach the customer within 7 working days after purchase, we will refund the full amount after 15 working days of purchase, provided the delivery was not attempted at the customer doorstep.

Cancellation Policy


  1. In case of cancellation of Puja related products before the shipment of the order, whole amount will be refunded. No cancellation will be considered once the order is sent in for shipment.
  2. In case of cancellation of services the following refund policy will be applicable:
    • Cancellation before 72 hours: Refund of 100 % of the Amount.
    • Cancellation before 48 hours: Refund of 50 % of the Amount.
    • Cancellation before 24 hours: Refund of 40% of the Amount.
    • Cancellation before 12 hours: Refund 25% of the Amount.

Products Return Policy


  • The product can be returned if it is:
    • Faulty or defective
    • Physically damaged product
    • Not as specified

No return of products will be allowed after a span of 7 days of delivery of the order. Please call us or send us an email to initiate the return. Only unused, with their original tags, brand packaging intact, shall be accepted. Refund will be provided as per the condition of the product returned.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment


  • While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, MyHawanPuja will not be responsible or assume any liability, arising directly or indirectly because of:
    • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
    • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or
    • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
    • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on support@myhawanpuja.com or please give us a call for any clarification.
